报告人简介 : 衣凤岐，大连理工大学数学科学学院二级英皇体彩网站下载手机版、博士生导师。2008年于哈尔滨工业大学获得理学博士学位，导师为魏俊杰英皇体彩网站下载手机版。 2010 年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖； 2013 年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才；主要从事微分方程与动力系统的研究，特别关注反应扩散方程的分支理论及其应用。部分工作发表在 J ournal  of Di ff erential Equations, Journal of Dynamics and Differential Equations, P hysic a D: N onlinear  Phenomena 等杂志上。

报告摘要： In this talk, I will report our recent results on a class of general reaction-diffusion equations arising from chemical reactions and population dynamics. We are mainly concerned with the homogeneity breaking instability of the spatially homogeneous periodic solutions which are stable in the corresponding ODEs. A precise sufficient condition on the system parameters, especially on the diffusion coefficients, is derived to guarantee such kind of instability. The results allow for the clearer understanding of the mechanism of the pattern formation of this kind of reaction diffusion equations.
