报告题目 : Analysis of the scattering problem for the time-domain Maxwell's equations

报告内容:

This talk is devoted to the mathematical analysis of the diffraction of an electromagnetic plane wave by a biperiodic structure. The wave propagation is governed by the time-domain Maxwell’s equations in three dimensions. The method of a compressed coordinate transformation is proposed to reduce equivalently the diffraction problem into an initial-boundary value problem formulated in a bounded domain over a finite time interval. The reduced problem is shown to have a unique weak solution by using the constructive Galerkin method. The stability and a priori estimates with explicit time dependence are established for the weak solution.

报告人简介 :优游注册平台怎么注册，优游注册平台怎么注册，博士生导师。 2 010 获哈尔滨工程大学博士学位，2015年在吉林大学数学研究所完成博士后研究工作。 2018 年赴美国 Purdue 大学访问交流一年。从事计算数学与应用数学领域的研究，主要研究内容包括数学物理反问题及其相关的偏微分方程数值解法，特别关注电磁场无损检测反问题及复杂背景下声学和电磁学散射与反散射问题的理论及数值算法研究。部分研究成果发表论文 20 余篇，其中 SCI 论文10余篇；主持国家自然科学青年基金等项目 3 项。
